Job Description
Working Capital consultants selling multiple transaction banking produtcs
Key Roles Responsibilities
* Enhance business revenue by focused opportunity identification and solution structuring of cash trade products in partnership with relationship mgmt team, operations, and product mgmt and solution delivery.
* Main activities include prospect qualification, customer calls/negotiation, solution presentations and solution based proposals and implementation.
* Assist the team in achieving its quantitative and qualitative performance objectives.
* Increase market penetration and share of wallet for identified clients - complete working capital maps (Cash + F.I sales) for own portfolio of clients and ensure information is updated regularly and knowledge is applied in targeted sales activities.
* Partner with relationship team in account planning for identified accounts and ensure account plans contain appropriate information on wallet opportunities and strategy for transaction banking solutions.
* Identify opportunities for new/incremental business with bank clients and work with the relevant internal stakeholders to turn these opportunities into revenue for the bank.
* Increase client penetration and revenues for the bank by actively promoting the bank's network and product capabilities.
* Up-tier and strengthen relationships with major and key clients through positioning ourselves as a value add and consultative partner - help the clients to achieve their finance needs and goals through provision of solutions that address client needs and demonstrate value in the relationship.
* Apply SPIN based methodology throughout the sales process.
* Maintain a detailed and an up-to-date knowledge of the bank's comprehensive integrated channels capabilities and their application to clients needs - use this knowledge in structuring solutions
* Constantly look for ways to improve how we do things and use appropriate channels to develop ideas and initiatives.
* Maintain standards and role model behaviors that demonstrate the core values of the bank
Qualifications Skills
Professional MBA or CA having experience in understansing the working capital cycle and ability to read the financial statements, strong relationship skills and product knowledge in trade finance and cash management.
