Senior Accountant (Property)
Our client, a strategic property business are currently seeking a qualified accountant from either an ACA or ACCA background keen to develop their careers in property.
The position is a well rounded hybrid role where the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to have strong commercial input as well as taking responsibility for mainstream finance including supervising transactional staff.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership potential as well as capability to challenge stakeholders
The Role
Responsibility for preparation of management accounts - presentation of monthly board pack
Supervising transactional team
Business Partnering with senior stakeholders - Commenting on business performance
Reporting into Financial Controller
Prepare annual financial statements
The Candidate
ACA / ACCA
Strong communication
Experience preparing financial accounts
Good understanding of Excel
