Senior Associate
The Senior Associate - Equities is a member of the firm’s Marketing Team and leads the development of products and services Greenwich Associates provides to clients at buy-side organizations. This includes designing and executing marketing campaigns, developing new research products based on market feedback and offering customized services.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Develops and implements plans for the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer (marketing plans, value proposition definition, new product development, campaigns).
- Monitors client feedback. Oversees and uses market research and competitive analysis in decision making.
- Identifies client products and works collaboratively with relevant team — Content Manager, Marketing Services, Program Management — for timing, execution and delivery to sell interview opportunities.
- Responsible for client experience and value proposition development
- Works closely with Marketing Services to build and evaluate marketing analytic results
- Builds and maintains association marketing strategy for segment
- Helps to cultivate Relationship Management accounts with outreach strategy for market segment
Qualifications/Experience:
- 4-5 years of relevant market related experience in financial services.
- BS/BA, preferably with concentration in marketing or business related field.
- Strong project management and analytical abilities.
- A creative mindset and the ability to conceptualize and develop new products.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment.
- Prior market research experience a plus
