Senior Associate/ VP, Leveraged Finance and Special Opportunities recruitment
Our client is one of the top global investment banks, who have continued to back private equity firms, financial sponsors, hedge funds and other investors with leveraged buyouts, management buyouts and other investments and acquisitions. They have great relationships with a broad range of firms, and have a significant pipeline of work.
They are now looking to add a senior associate or junior VP to their team, who will work on the origination, structuring and execution of leveraged finance deals. You can expect to work on credit analysis, deal structuring, valuation and analysis, meeting clients, and deal execution.
We are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- Associate/ junior VP/ Assistant Director level leveraged or acquisition finance professionals from other major banks
- Private equity or debt professionals from other lenders or funds
- Probably
