Senior BA/Consultant – Insurance/Banking (London) recruitment
A global banking institution requires a Business Analyst and a consultant.
The Business Analyst would be a key member of the CSR core team, and would provide business/technical analysis and requirements definition and management on the programme.
The analyst consultant would work closely with other business analysts/SMEs, technical analysts, Guidewire consultants and Delivery Management Team.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Documentation of business requirements including high level process flows, business rules, forms, and documents
- Requirements definition and management
- Implementation Scenario planning
- Work estimation
- Contract negotiations, RFPs and vendor evaluations (technical and support documentation)
Skills/Experience
- Insurance domain knowledge particularly UK Insurance
- Large programme experience
- Experience documenting business requirements (use cases, process maps, etc)
- Comfortable with technology
- 3rd-party engagement / management experience - Solution providers and technology vendors
- Team and senior stakeholder management
- Strong communicator and presenter
- Programme planning (structure, resourcing, governance)
