You will work across several areas to deliver complex and innovative solutions to the business and technology problems faced by the world’s foremost financial institutions. This varied role entails working alongside leading teams of ambitious consultants to offer a broad range of consulting services to clients, addressing the challenges of entry to new markets, sales force transformation and strategic cost management. You must be flexible and have the ability to lead a variety of engagements across the banking arena. The successful candidate will help to provide clients with real bespoke solutions rather than pushing sterile and standardised products.

The successful candidate should have some consultancy experience at a senior level and must have the ability to interpret clients’ strategic, operational and external drivers for change and to develop and maintain a solid and professional client relationship. Knowledge of, and experience of working in, the financials services industry is essential. Experience in leading large scale program initiatives is a necessity. The successful candidate will be able to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate those around them. Other requirements include a proven track record of managing large, complex projects.
