Our client is a large US Human Resources consulting firm with an excellent reputation globally. Currently the need exists to recruit a Senior Consultant with strong knowledge in Compensation Benefits.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Singapore Business Lead, you will work closely with large multinational corporations, banking institutions and government bodies in providing expert advice in areas such as survey benchmarking, job evaluation, global mobility and benefits. You will be responsible for leading project business development and managing multiple reward consulting projects in your assigned industry. This includes identifying market opportunities and challenges, while at the same time monitoring directing the team to deliver high quality survey projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a degree qualified Compensation Benefits consulting professional with at least 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. A strong track record gained in a blue chip consulting environment is required, although strong CB specialists from top-tier financial services or Commercial MNC backgrounds will also be considered. You should be highly analytical with strong presentation and interpersonal skills. In addition, you should be a strong team player, have high energy levels and be keen to learn and grow with the organisation.
