Job Description:
Responsibilities:-
- Work closely with the Regional Managing Director for SE Asia to continue the development of the Legal Compliance Practice
- You will generate new business, manage existing accounts to drive additional job flow
- You will continue to develop the considerable Market map of Compliance in Singapore in partnership with the research team and teams in HK and China
- The successful candidate will set the strategic goals for the desk and take a wider role in further developing the Financial Services Practice
- We welcome candidates with the inclination and aptitude to manage teams
The Person
- You will have experience in recruiting into the Financial Services sector, ideally in Singapore but strong candidates from outside the region will also be considered
- You will have experience of all aspects of the recruitment process including business development, client management, candidate generation and control.
- You will enjoy working with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- You must have proven ability to execute and develop international business at a senior level
- We require a Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative manner across offices/teams
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ambitious, motivated, trustworthy, capable and personable
- Self resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for delivering excellence in their work
