With the continued growth of the organisation in Asia Pacific, the need has arisen to recruit a Senior Consultant of the highest calibre to join their Hong Kong operation.
US Consulting Firm - Talent Strategy Consulting
Reporting to the Director, Hong Kong your role will involve consulting within the Talent Management, Organisational Effectiveness and Change Management space. The role will focus on projects in Hong Kong but from time to time will involve regional work. The role will be a mixture of client project work, team management as well as revenue generation.
The successful candidate could be working currently in an in-house role or consulting firm but must have a prior background in consulting. It is essential that you have a strong track record working within the Talent management or Organisational Development space. Very importantly you must have the gravitas and credibility to work with very senior executives within large MNCs and Financial Services organisations and be able to develop business. Above all you must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a team and manage client relationships. Fluency in English is essential with fluency in Cantonese being preferred.
