Senior Digital Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and assessing market trends and developments in payments and innovation.
- Developing a Digital Payments Strategy and an associated overall customer based digital payments proposition.
- Working with colleagues in Payments areas across the Group to shape and develop innovative Digital Payments Propositions which align with the broader Digital Strategy and Strategic and Financial goals of the Bank.
- Bringing payments propositions to market through the development of compelling business plans and by leading participating in cross functional project teams.
- Lead relationship with key payments and senior business stakeholders across Retail, Commercial and the Group to secure engagement and buy-in to plans, and act as key subject matter expert.
Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- Strong understanding of the digital and mobile payments market and of current and emerging payment schemes and technologies (e.g. NFC)
- Previous experience of working in a product management digital role within a large organisation and of bringing payment propositions to market
- Proven capability of drafting and presenting plans to senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills - can identify, size and explain a business opportunity
- Experience of working with delivery teams, providing leadership, direction and support to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
