The bank in questions is looking for a well established banker with good client connections, and has had, or does have a substantial book of clients and contacts.
The banker must have a long-term outlook and due to the size of the bank, be as concerned as it's owners with the success of the business.
Having said this, the bank in question understands the ability to adapting it's financial solutions being key to surviving in the current climate, but building mutual trust is the cornerstone to any banking success.
There is no market segmentation, clients can come from any section of the globe but this must be justified.

- Extend the company's exposure within the right markets
