Senior ECTRM Sales Executive – industry Leading New Cloud Based Software
The primary responsibility of this role will be to sell their Enterprise-wide Commodity Trading and Risk Management Platform to top and mid-tier Energy trading firms. My client are market leading in their ECTRM software and are not resting on their laurels, investing millions of pounds in further developing their ECTRM software to keep it ahead of all their competitors, primarily including developing an enhanced Cloud based offering for clients to manage their software remotely.
This position has arisen due to their on-going growth and specifically the upgrade/release of their new cloud based function of their software. As their energy trading risk management / commodity trading risk management software is at the cutting edge of cloud based technology, this is an unbelievable opportunity to join my client and sell their software.
Requirements for this position include:
- A proven track record developing new business specifically in the European Energy industry and strong, senior industry contacts.
- An excellent understanding and experience with selling trading and risk management solutions.
- Solid understanding of the analytical processes used to manage procurement and risk.
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Verbal and written fluency in English is 100% essential. Fluency in other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian etc) is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work well with others within our organization as well as externally with prospective clients.
- Ability to interface with all different levels and roles of responsibility within an organization.
- Skilled at constructing an RFP response and familiar with working through a 6-9 month sales process.
- Ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
Salary: £80-90k basic + 100% uncapped commission + excellent pension + 25 days + excellent other benefits.
