Senior Finance Manager / Director – Real Estate firm – Shanghai, CHINA recruitment

Responsibilities Accountabilities

Overall supervision of finance operations
Provide financial and business analyses for the Fund portfolio and individual invested projects, which includes KPI tracking.
Ensure proper supervision of reporting process of the Fund and individual projects so that financial reports accurately reflect business performance.
Supervise financial due diligence for merger and acquisitions.
Arranging external financing for projects, ensuring the ready financing to support transaction closure. Includes maintaining banking relationships and liaison for existing projects and future projects.
Supervise and ensure that any other ad-hoc investors reports are prepared accurately and on a timely basis.
Work with asset management teams to ensure that internal processes conform to internal audit requirements.
Manage annual budget and forecasting processes, and budget and forecast updates.
Ensure cash flow projections are maintained and cash is managed in accordance with Project and Fund's objectives
Provide guidance and support on policies and processes, including implementation of new policies and processes, locally and throughout the region
Recommend, develop and assist in implementation of accounting policies and practices to ensure proper documentation of financial transactions and internal control compliance
Facilitate implementation of any new Project, Fund and Corporate initiatives

Skills Experience required

Minimum Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
Relevant accounting experiences in United States desirable
Able to read and write Chinese fluently
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
Resourcefulness in solving problems and strong computer skills
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Superior professionalism and judgment
Based in Shanghai
