SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (SINGAPORE / HONG KONG) recruitment

Job Description :

• Work as a Business Human Resources Partner with focus on the Talent Management in overseas branch including Singapore and Hong Kong.

• Work closely with the Business HR Head to plan and recruit sufficient resources for the growth of the business in the region.

• Implement human resources policies and practices, total reward schemes, performance management, and training and development plan.

• Focus on providing HR services for Singapore Branch initially and is required to travel to Singapore on regular basis (2-3 weeks per month). A short stay in overseas branch may be required when necessary.

Job Requirement :

• Degree in Business Administration or HRM or relevant discipline

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as Human Resources Generalist.

• With Banking, financial institutions or large MNCs preferably.

• Willing to travel overseas on regular basis.

• Good interpersonal skill and good communication with Businessmen and all levels of staff.

• Good analytical skills and good at figures

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
