Due to internal movement, we are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Senior Client Implementation Manager, Global Payments and Cash Management (PCM) to direct, lead and manage a team of executives in implementing domestic, regional and global cash management solutions for corporate and institutional banking/non-bank financial institution/banks/commercial banking clients and in managing and growing cash management relationship of these customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development of the implementation function in Australia with a view to ensuring professional implementation and effective relationship management as well as maximizing cash management revenue;
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and actively seeking to maximise the Bank's return on a local, regional and global basis;
- Providing consultation to the Sales Team and participating in the deal team to secure mandates;
- Enhancing the team's productivity and sustaining a high quality client-centric service culture;
- Providing assessment of existing and new products and identifying current and future product/system development needs;
- Building, motivating, developing and retaining a dynamic PCM Client Implementation team to deliver business objectives in a sustainable manner;
- Maintaining HSBC internal control standards, implementing and observing Group Compliance Policy and maintaining awareness of operational risk and minimising the likelihood of it occurring.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised tertiary qualification in a relevant field;
- Proven experience in corporate banking with solid expertise in cash management and client implementation;
- The ability to operate on a cross-regional and cross-functional basis and collaborate with different departments;
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills;
- The ability to formulate strategies with strong execution and drive process improvement;
- The ability to cope with pressure in a fast-growing and fast-moving environment;
- Well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
