Senior Institutional Sales recruitment
Our client is a small specialized Asset Manager based in Russia which is very active in microfinance. Due to their successful growth in Eastern Europe they are expanding their operations with the addition of a hire in London.
For this role we are seeking a self-motivated and independent Senior Institutional Sales professional with a strong understanding loans and bonds.
Your responsibilities:
- Acquire and advise qualified professional investors and promote a niche product with an existing track record
- Develop the institutional business in the UK, as a single representative, focusing on Financial Intermediaries, Private Banks and Family Offices and UHNWI
- Your role will be to leverage your institutional contacts to grow and develop the asset base in the UK
- Actively promote micro finance products to clients for diversifying their asset allocation
The candidate:
- A strong background of sales experience with professional investors in the UK, preferably within asset management
- Institutional network within the UK
- Proven track record in acquisition of Financial Intermediaries, Family Offices, UHNWI or Private Banks
- University degree or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of Fixed Income investments
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on professional with entrepreneurial mindset who is able to work independently
- An independent and flexible way of work is offered by the client as well as an interesting commission system with direct participation.
