Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst (Contract) recruitment
A global private investment company is looking for Senior Helpdesk Analyst (Contract).
Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, you will primary responsible for day to day desktop hardware and software support for Singapore office and satellite offices across the globe. Duties will include weekend desktop relocation and off-hours support. The technology support includes Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, Blackberry, Cisco telephony support.
And you should have expereince supporting Senior Management level.
You should have a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent. You should have at least 4 years working experience in similar hands-on capacity. Preferably, in banks or financial institutions.
To excel in this role, you should have good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Some travelling may be required.
