Senior J2EE Developer – Cash Online
About the role:
We are seeking a Mid to Senior level J2EE Developer for a permanent opportunity, to join the existing team working across the online platform with a specific focus on the cash business. You will be responsible for working closely with the business to design and develop creative technology solutions to meet the technology needs of the cash business
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop new enhancements to the Cash platform
- Work closely with project managers to deliver key project estimates and ensure deadlines are met
- Build relationships quickly with our Advisors Services business and be able to work closely across technology and business teams.
- Be a team player and demonstrate flexibility to get the project delivered.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will come from a strong Java/J2EE Development background and ideally have previous financial services experience. You will also posses strong experience with JBoss and JSF as well excellent database and Unix Scripting experience. Previous experience with web technologies would be highly regarded

- Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong team player who demonstrates flexibility and a pro-activeness to deliver a key business project
- The ability to operate independently, to be proactive, and able to interact with stakeholders across all levels.
