Global Transactional Services (GTS) provides innovative cash management, technology based payables and receivables solutions and trade and supply chain solutions to Corporate and Institutional banking customers. We are seeking to appoint a sales oriented Senior Manager to our Non Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) Client Management portfolio and to lead best in class client management delivery. In this role you will lead a team of talented sales professionals and will be responsible for the retention of the existing client base as well as growth year on year. You will work closely with your team to coach and guide them to achieving and exceeding their targets . You will draw upon your sales and relationship management experience and provide a focussed approach to new business development within the portfolios, ensuring that individual and team goals are achieved.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will liaise with the broader GTS and Westpac Institutional Bank leaders to advance opportunities to improve performance, provide feedback to product development, as well as providing strategic input to industry plans. You will also participate in sales pitches and other face to face client development activities at the Treasurer/CFO level.
Your strong sales capability, deal focus and high achievement drive will be crucial to your success in this role. You bring strong coaching abilities and a supportive leadership style. Transactional banking experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates with corporate or commercial relationship and leadership skills are welcome to apply.
