A winning brand requires a 360 degree marketing strategy. Together we are seeking a creative and results-oriented marketer to help strengthen and promote the company’s brand – both internally and externally – through a range of marketing and communications initiatives.

With a minimum 10 years of relevant experience, and at least 4 years in a management position within well-recognized global institutions or professional services firms, you are familiar with employer branding and capable of generating innovative HR marketing ideas. Working with the HR Leadership team, you will develop and deliver the firm’s value proposition for employees as well as the strategies for firmwide HR marketing initiatives across the Greater China region.

Possessing native level English language skills, you will draft and produce strategic HR communications. A seasoned marketer and project manager, you will execute various resourcing campaigns, organize firmwide marketing events as well as evaluate results and ensure improvement on future projects.

Exceptional English communications skills, both verbal and written, are required for this position and Chinese language skills highly desirable. Prior experience in people engagement, change management initiatives and the digital media will give you a significant advantage. While a pro-active attitude, strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external and internal clients would be key to success in this role.
