Position Details Position: Mortgage Underwriter IV Location: Orlando, FL Full-time Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday Pay Rates: $35-$39/hr DOE Length: Contract-to-perm Required Skills/Qualifications Requires a bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Five or more years of mortgage loan underwriting experience Job Summary/Primary Responsibilities Functions as a group leader in a centralized operation by assisting in the training, assigning, and overseeing the work of lower level underwriters. Assists manager in general administrative duties such as accounting for time-off and preparing reports on the success of the unit. Handles difficult and complex loan applications.
