We have an established client base built up over the last 5 years and a unique business model - all employees work remotely from home. As a result of this set up, our consultants enjoy a far greater degree of autonomy and benefit from a much higher level of remuneration, earning 50% of all billings, with no thresholds.

We are aiming to build on our success in 2011 by hiring experienced consultants covering both permanent and temporary assignments in the following sectors:

We are looking for a Directors (+10 yrs experience) to lead the practice area, Managers to build and run teams, and senior consultants/consultants looking for a fresh challenge.

Working remotely is not for everyone – it requires confidence, maturity, and self belief. We have City based interview facilities and use a state of the art cloud based CRM system allowing consultants to log on from home or on the move. We cover all office costs including laptops, mobile phones bills and access to job boards.

This is an ideal step for experienced consultants with strong client relationships who feel confined by having to “be seen to be working” in an office environment rather than using your creativity and personal drive. We would also like to speak to consultants who have taken a career break to start a family and are looking to return to the workforce without having to be at a central London location at 8am. A number of our employees have young families and are able to combine a successful career knowing they will see their children grow up!
