Senior Strategy Manager (VP level), Investment Banking recruitment
Our client is a major international banking group. They are extremely successful and are now looking to add a Senior Strategy Manager to their investment banking division. This division provides clients with investment banking and wholesale banking services and is a key focal point for the development of the group.
The role will focus on supporting senior management within the division on strategic projects and driving strategic initiatives throughout the business. You will be involved in strategic planning, assisting directors with new business initiatives, working acoss the busines with key stakeholders, and supervising small teams. The role will report to the Director of Strategy
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- strategy consutants with major strategy consulting firms; candidates will, ideally, have experience in financial services although this does not have to be exclusive
- strategy managers with other financial services groups
- probably, you will have 8-10 years + experience
