Service Architect – Voice Technologies
About the role:
We are seeking a Service Architect to join our ETD Service and Design team to work closely with our Vendor and be responsible for developing the Service Strategy, as well development of the roadmap, Service Design principles and provide governance of technical services provided by the vendor. This is an excellent opportunity for you to shape the way our managed services agreement works with our vendor and drive the relationship to deliver the best value and technology solutions globally within the bank
Key responsibilities:
- Service Strategy and Service Roadmap Development
- Financial Management of the PL
- Define and govern Service Design principles
- Provided governance of technical services provided by managed services partner
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
About you:
To be successful in this role as a Service Architect you will be degree qualified in Computer Science or similar and you will have previously established a vision for technology services and taken strategic thinking through to practical implementation as well as devising technology roadmaps. You will have experience in working in complex environments and have proven experience in working closely with technology vendors as well as possessing a strong ability to connect the dots. In addition you will also have the following:
- IP Telephony experience - Cisco CUCM, Unity Voicemail etc
- Dealer Voice and Voice Recording experience
- Carrier Services, PSTN and Mobile/Remote Access technologies
- Strong vendor management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across both internal and external parties
