Service Charge & Systems Accountant
Large and progressive Housing Association seeking to recruit a Service Charge Systems Accountant on an initial 9 month assignment that is subject to review and extension. CCAB Qualified, you will be responsible for calculating and reviewing annual service charges and tasked with the improving of internal processes and systems.
Liaising with other non-finance operational managers, you will be able to demonstrate key communication skills and how you will build internal relationships.
You will analyse and improve existing links between Excel and Sun Accounts and focus on how this can be developed. Whilst specific service charge accounting experience will be viewed as an advantage, strong costings experience from other sectors will also be considered. Potential for an immediate start.
