The predominant FICC client base is financial institutions and significant commodity producers and consumers. With structuring, sales and trading professionals in the Australia, New Zealand, the Americas, Canada, Asia and the Middle East, FICC offers quality service and risk management solutions to meet our clients' needs.
The CRM team provides quality data analysis, timely and accurate management reports and supports over 250 users across FICC globally
Due to an expansion, a role has become available for an experienced CRM specialist to act as the primary liaison between the business and the user base and IT developers, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the team, consisting currently of a team of two.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying key requirements from business and partnering with IT for release scoping, development and implementation;
- Participating in UAT, release acceptance and ensuring business signoff;
- Managing the CRM Data and Report team and daily operational duties;
- Gatekeeper for Data Quality and implementing data quality guidelines;
- Developing and running reports as needed and supporting the regional desks;
- Preparing user guides, conducting training and recommending best practices.
Skills required:
- Ability to design and implement strategies and processes related to CRM and Data Quality Governance;
- Experience with report data management/analysis will be highly regarded;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Proven project management skills;
- Proactive and self motivated attitude;
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities;
- In depth understanding and prior work experience in finance industry is a plus.
