Corporate and Commercial Bank has embarked on an ambitious goal of becoming the #1 Corporate and Commercial Bank within Australia by 2017. Since embarking on the journey, CCB has seen revenues grow to now represent 25% of ANZ group revenues and have started to take market share from our competitors. Currently 150,000 small business customers - Australia wide, totalling over $1billion in facilities are available for the Small Business team to manage. Small Business Customers are classified as having between $1-$1M in small business lending facilities. To achieve the #1 aspiration, further investment is required and continuos excellent service will be provided to small business customer.
We are currently recruiting for Small Business Manager, responsibilities includes building and developing Small Businessrelationship with their own set of business customers over the phone, in order to complete all customer queries, (lending and deposits) regarding business products and services.
Successful applicants will have the following experience / skills:
- A tertiary qualification held or currently being studied toward relevant discipline to support job role
- FSRA Tier 2 qualified
- Comprehensive understanding of lending processes and policies
- Strong sales focus and negotiation skills
- Comprehensive understanding of lending processes and policies ( specific Corp and SME segment desired)
- Previous customer relationship management experience
