Solution Architect recruitment
They are looking for senior (12+ years experience) software architects to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation of many existing and newly built applications and services.
This effort will transform individually managed Security and Application entitlement management functionality into cohesive, centrally managed system responsible for Access control and Identity management of all the users throughout the organization.
Areas of Specialty
- Digital Identity, Access Management, User and Service Entitlement Management, Security Policy Enforcement.
- Solution Design
- Solution Architect engages with business specific application and service managers to identify Policy enforcement and security requirements. Then interacting with the Entitlement Service team, application development team and the enterprise security governance board – comes up with proof of concept, application onboard roadmap, enterprise service roadmap items, success criteria.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Engagement and Solution Architecture:
- Reviews applications for security requirement and compliance
- Proactively seek security, identity management and authorization control implementations – to align them with enterprise-wide standards.
- Provide domain knowledge and expertise to application development teams in solving Authorization, Authorization and security-robustness requirements for data, applications and services.
- Work with Legal and compliance teams to ensure that existing and planned technology solutions meet the internal and external regulations.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in enterprise-level security tools, methodologies and standards
- Deep understanding of network architectures, common security vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of at least one of standards in Identity management and Application entitlements (ex: XACML, SAML, single sign on)
- Experience in building distributed systems providing API level services to external (outside of the firewall) applications
- Good programming knowledge in C++, Java or any other strongly typed language
- Good knowledge of Web-based UI technologies and experience using them (Flex, GWT, Ajax-based libraries, etc)
- Excellent presentation skills that allow for not just factually correct but also for engaging presentations.

Education | Certification (Recommended):
Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science. Having other degrees on top of BS in computer science is relevant however does not override the need for knowledge of relevant material of BS in computer science.
