Spanish Associate – Restructuring
My client is a leading US investment bank. They are currently looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Analyst or Associate to join their Restructuring practice.
The team comprises around 150 professionals globally and is involved in some of the most complex restructurings and is a a recognized leader in achieving merger and acquisition transactions for distressed companies. They were named Best Loan Restructuring House in 2013 and has unrivalled transaction experience in all of the major developed and developing European markets.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
• Advising clients in out-of-court and insolvency proceedings
• Debt and equity financings
• Distressed MA advisory services
• Special-situation principal investing
Typically deal teams are made up of one managing director, vice president, associate and analyst.
Applicants must have at least 24 months of experience with a leading investment bank in either MA, Leveraged Finance or industry coverage. They must also be NATIVE Spanish speakers - no other levels of fluency in the language will be considered.
