Specialist - Regional Alternate Channels

Job Description THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN THE Frontier footprint in the Southeast Region NC, SC or WV Responsible for managing the Regional Marketing execution of Alternate Channel sales, local engagement tactics and training, but not limited to: Partner with contracted companies to train, performance manage, motivate and improve Frontier strategic unit sales performance in the Southeast Region. Provide support for all sales channels (on-boarding, complaints, daily support of issues) - Outbound Telemarketing, D2D, Aggregators, Agents and others as assigned. Set quotas and track sales results for contracted partners. Ensure that all alternate channel resources in the Region have collateral and training to enhance sales and the customer experience . Responsible for the Retail Agent execution with the General Managers . Primary partner of General Managers in the development and execution of sales, events, and other local engagement strategies to drive sales and market share. Provide collateral and training, as needed, for all alternate channels operating in the local market. This position is in support of the Regional Manager Alternate Channel Sales. Responsibilities: Partner with contracted companies to drive key strategic sales through Alternate Channels in the Southeast Region. Partner with Area and General Managers and collaborate with Regional Marketing to execute Alternate Channel tactics, sales goals and budget. Assist in creating performance tracking, execution and sales programs and strategies that support Regional market share and financial goals Accountable that all partners are equipped with the tools needed, including Product and promotion training, Order forms, pricing tools, collateral and other items as appropriate. Job Requirements: Retail, Alternate Channel Sales, or event sales experience, (minimum 3 years). Telecommunications experience. Excellent communication skills-strong written (including editing) and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform as a strategic thinker as well as a tactical performer . Must have success in leading a diverse team toward achieving common goals that result in revenue generation. Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing or business, Preferred. Ability to travel as needed.
