Description

The incumbent will provide global processing support to accounts on Eagle STAR/PACE Platform. S/He will be responsible for monitoring data transmissions and escalating issues when appropriate. S/He will monitor data flows both inbound and outbound in Eagle STAR/PACE Platform. S/He will perform data analysis to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the stored data. S/He will also provide support of client specific Account maintenance and Security Master File as well as testing of software enhancements and upgrades as necessary. Support may require early morning or late night shift work.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred. S/He will have general knowledge of securities and trust accounting theories and practices. S/He must be familiar with spreadsheets, on-line systems, should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently. S/He must also be able to work under pressure while adhering to strict guidelines/deadlines.
