Sr. Project Manager- Fixed Income Electronic Trading recruitment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Help define the long term vision and roadmap for the platform in collaboration with the business and IT stakeholders.
Partner and collaborate with business in terms of getting high level requirements, prioritization of work and definition of long term roadmap.
Running day to day development operation for the on time and on budget delivery.
Proactively managing the upcoming work stream in terms of making sure that all the dependencies are in place ahead of time.
Managing change and making sure that all the collaboration tools like Project plan, jira and wiki stay up to date.
Strong collaboration with both business and external IT teams.
Hiring and retaining the best talent.

Strong background of Fixed Income and Currencies space

Business Knowledge:

General knowledge of factors affecting capital markets, more specifically FI and FX trading Practical experience with order matching (FI and FX), trade processing, trade lifecycle (FI cash and derivatives)
Business acumen in Trading Risk management
Trends in the marketplace/ technology for Fixed Income and currencies products
