Reporting to the Executive Director - Strategy Marketing - Corporate Agribusiness, this role is responsible for providing leadership and direction to their respective geographies ensuring that the implementation of the business strategy achieves the results expected including; overall business performance, developing and leading business unit sales and marketing initiatives, set monitor strive to exceed financial goals and objectives, effectively recruiting and coaching/mentoring/developing staff.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Sound knowledge and significant experience in Agribusiness farm-gate lending and credit issues.
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and manage competing priorities.
- Sound knowledge of: Agribusiness, Corporate/Business and Consumer products and pricing.
- Proven ability to influence, motivate and persuade key stakeholders, frontline managers and business partners to optimise outcomes.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
