Stock Plan Administrator
You will be responsible for creating the new internal position and all that goes with it. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years’ experience and be exceptionally organized, resourceful, detail-oriented and value customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end administration of the Company’s equity incentive plans and will have strong capability in administering both options and RSUs. The candidate will be able to work hand-in-hand with human resources and payroll with respect to employment and withholding taxes. The candidate will provide reporting to internal departments such as human resources, accounting, payroll and legal, as well as respond to employee requests. The candidate will strive to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, tax laws and related requirements, including keeping abreast of the changing regulatory and payroll tax environment for an evolving business.
Responsibilities
- Implement efficient and automated processes and procedures for the newly created internal position
- Evaluate, select and implement a stock admin system
- Process stock option grants for new employees as well as refresh grants for new employees
- Process stock purchases
- Administer ESPP program
- Perform quarterly and annual ISO disqualifying disposition reporting
- Create and generate system reporting for accounting, tax (federal, state and local) and legal filings, as needed
- Partner with accounting, tax, legal and human resources to anticipate, implement and/or address equity compensation matters
- Implement and monitor internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance
- Support quarterly and year-end audit by creating necessary reconciliations and reporting for internal team and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with all domestic laws for income and tax withholdings for options, RSU’s and ESPP
- Manage all other aspects of daily stock administration including filings, YTD tax imports and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Business, Finance or Accounting
- 5 years minimum public company stock administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of equity plans and Equity Edge Online
- Experience with a third party stock admin tool
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee, payroll and equity information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Expert knowledge with SEC filings
- Experience administering both equity incentive and ESPP Plans, including, processing of option exercises and grant preparation
- Expert skills in the MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including Legal, HR, Tax, Payroll, Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
