This global business is a leader in the provision of integrated facilities management solutions for a wide range of local and international clients. They are able to offer their clients a full building life cycle solution at both a strategic and operational level, offering correctly skilled resources to excel at each stage of the property cycle.
Due to a restructure, they are now looking for a Strategic Asset Manager to work onsite with one of their blue chip clients based in New Zealand. This is a sole charge role that reports into the National Manager of Property, Projects Facilities Management. The main purpose of this role is to support the clients internal engineering team to keep their significant facility fully operational and effective, reducing maintenance costs and developing a capital works plans that allows the client to appropriately forecast for current and future needs.
To be successful in this role applicants will require experience working within a food production environment and have proven experience in developing asset registers, developing capital works plans and working closely with numerous internal stakeholders. Applicants should be client facing and comfortable working out of the client’s office, regularly providing updates and plans.
