Search are currenlty recruiting for an Administrator to join one of their major clients. Working for a International Pharmaceutical company this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
Contract of a minimum of 9 months - Administration
£8ph+ - Full Time hours
Providing full support to one of the busy teams within the company. The day to day duties will include:
- Creating and communicating the month investment forecasts files.
- Supporting the raising of customer investment orders.
- Providing support to the demand teams by obtaining supply information for both the Manufacturing and Purchasing Team's.
- Analysing key market returns and write off requests in-line with the company procedures.
- Monthly analysis of market opportunities.
- Produce monthly key performance data for the teams.
- Actively provide improvements to existing procedures within the department.
- Support ad-hoc projects as required.
- Undertake small market product launches as required.
The client is looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Understanding of Supply Chain.
- Proficient IT Skills with proven experience of using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Access to a high standard.
- Experience of using JD Edwards would be an advantage.
- The ability to proactively use own initiative within a busy and demanding team environment is essential.
- Will possess proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must have good communication skills with people of all levels along with strong customer service skills.
