ResponsibilitiesLead analyst responsibility for the rating of a portfolio of structured finance transactions, primarily consumer asset-backed securities, in accordance with the relevant methodology. Duties also include modeling transactions, reviewing legal documentation, preparing and presenting to rating committee the rating analysis package supporting his/her rating recommendation.
