Ideally you will come from a Client Data/Reference Data background and have the ability to work through the cycle of a multi-year programme. The repsonsibilities will entail managing analysts aligned to various projects, motivating and develoing the team, representing the Client Data organisation in forums across the bank, stakeholder management, overseeing Process Excellence Efforts and overall strategic management.
