LABORER (REFUSE)Job Description SUMMARY : ? Performs recycling material processing packaging. ? Assists in scrap metal yard, operation segregation, and processing. ? Assists with recycle center operations. ? Operates recycling processing equipment (i.e. forklift, bobcat, 2 ½ ton truck, fiber-sort and bailer).
