L&D (Banking) recruitment
Key responsibilities include:- reviewing learning systems and processess in overseas offices to ensure delivery of Bank’s objectives;- identify learning needs and design/deliver programs accordingly;- evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements on an ongoing basis;- keep abreast of LD develpments, practices;- engage in training/HR and OD consultancy as appropriate.Key requirements:- Degree qualified with about 7-8 years’ experience in LD (preferably in banking);- Independent and yet, a strong team player;- Experienced in program delivery and design;- Willing to travel;- Experience Read more […]
