We are looking for a Recruiting Solutions Specialist to manage the Rigzone (RZ) job/candidate matching system, including sending new job notification emails to candidates whose skills and experience match our clients’ recruitment needs and training the Customer Service department on best practices for the matching process. The successful person will also administer the premium client recruitment service, First Look.
