The ideal candidate will be taking both inbound and outbound calls to both mortgage and equity loan borrowers whose loan payments are past due. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume call center taking up to 150 calls per day. Experience collecting late stage mortgage payments and collateralized loans is a huge plus.
