Responsibilities: • Pre-screen appropriate transactions and communicate with Origination team, Sales coverage and/or Financial Advisor. • Responsible for conducting all due diligence on new credit requests including credit analysis, financial statement analysis, client calls and visits. • Develop and negotiate structuring recommendations within context of firm’s credit policy and philosophy.
