Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist recruitment
Job Responsibilities :
- Execute the talent acquisition strategy through various sourcing techniques.
- Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates.
- Manage the client relationship with the various Business Units stakeholders to anticipate the talent needs to meet business goals and changes. Including not limiting to:
- developing job descriptions and fit requirements for job roles
- advise the business on the strategy to build pipeline
- advise the business on best candidate fit
- Perform the full-life cycle recruitment process and ensure that this is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles. This include:
- raising staff requisition
- profile and present qualified list of pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
- evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess fit.
- Integrate diversity into the staffing process
- Manage the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.
- Pro-actively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle, relationship management will be a critical component of this role.
Job Requirement :
- Good degree in Human Resource, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, including 3 years of recruiting experience in both in-house and outsource environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, selection techniques and diversity recruiting.
- Prior experience working with social media/networking sites like Facebook/LinkedIn and recruitment management tools (Taleo) a plus.
