Description

The Team Lead Account Analyst will report to a Supervisor in a remote location. The candidate will be part of a centralized team supporting account administration activities (new accounts, account maintenance and account terminations). They will be supporting a business with complex account structures requiring extensive knowledge of investment management middle office operations. Responsibilities will include the following: Good order review of instructions, initial processing of requests, coordinate communication with internal business areas, research and resolve issues with internal business partners as well as the client, confirm completion with the client. The team lead will be required to understand the detailed processes and functionality of hundreds of account attributes associated with the account administration functions. The candidate will need to understand data flows between various applications. They will be responsible for ensuring core procedures and processes remain within the standard operating model and follow established protocol to obtain approval for any requested deviation to the process. The candidate will be assigned to special projects individually or in a team environment and have responsibilities around updating procedures. The team lead will interact with multiple business areas in various locations including the Americas, EMEA and India as well as the client.

Qualifications

Minimum experience, skills, certifications and academic background necessary to perform the position: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience. 3 + years of industry experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within set deadlines.
