Team Manager, Credit Approval recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
1) Support good asset growth within prescribed group policy and risk appetite through exercising of sound credit judgment;
2) drive productivity and approval quality;
3) provide ongoing coaching to approvers and RMs;
4) liason with CRM team to provide feedbacks on necessary policy refinements;
5) ensure all audits and reviews meet with internal and regulatory standards satisfactorily;
6) identify and develop potential approvers and ensure a good succession pipeline
Key Requirements:
1) University graduate with 5+ years in Secure Lending
2) previous experience with credit approval authority is advantageous
3) 3+ years team management experieince is advantageous
4) proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
