About the challenge

Inspiring and motivating a team of up to nine as they deal with high value clients from all over the world, you’ll drive service performance in a fast-paced environment. That means ensuring compliance with strict company and regulatory guidelines, delivering intensive coaching sessions and dealing with escalated queries as necessary. You’ll also review their performance, spot opportunities for continuous improvement and, in short, make sure your team delivers a high-quality, efficient and accurate client experience that’s professional from start to finish. About you

With a real passion for customer service, you’ll be a proven leader with an exceptional background of delivering world-class service in another contact or service centre environment. Ideally, you’ll have gained this experience in the financial services sector. And while multi channel knowledge is essential, it’s more important that you take a proactive approach to driving performance and are confident coaching staff, planning workloads and inspiring a team to deliver industry-leading customer service.
