Technical Project Manager

About the Role

Macquarie's Enterprise Program Delivery team within Technology, is seeking a highly competent Technical Project Manager to join a well established and respected team of IT project delivery specialists. The team is tightly aligned with Macquarie business objectives, success defined by delivery against required business outcomes and expectations management.

On a daily basis you will be expected to provide IT advisory services, define and document technical solutions, shape and deliver resulting technical infrastructure projects.

This is an internal client facing role that requires depth of technical expertise, superior relationship management skills and IT business acumen in the equal measure.

Within Macquarie, Corporate Operations Group (COG) provides specialist professional services, workplace infrastructure, human resources, market operations and technology services to Macquarie's businesses. The primary purpose of COG is to support and enhance the value of Macquarie through the creation of an efficient, scalable operating model.

Technology is responsible for the management of Macquarie's technology infrastructure, the support and development of existing business systems and the delivery and deployment of new systems, technologies and services. It comprises business aligned teams which provide dedicated and specialist services to businesses as well as central teams which provide shared services, such as infrastructure, to multiple businesses.

Within the COG Technology Group, Enterprise Programs Delivery (EPD) is accountable for the Global delivery of infrastructure Business, Strategic and Core IT Service programs.
