Provide technical support to computer system customers. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for customers and CIC’s, via telephone. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, and operating systems
KEY SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of call center technical support experience
- Computer troubleshooting experience
- Network Installation
- Network Wiring Standards
- Expert level Network Troubleshooting
- Expert level High Speed Internet troubleshooting (DSL, Cable, 3G, T1)
- Database knowledge (From a how it works perspective not a programming level)
- Expert level Windows user rights knowledge
- Peer to peer networking experience
- Creating and connecting to Shared Drives as well as setting up user rights
- Data Migration
- MS Office products
- Windows 98, XP, Vista experience Windows 7 experience a plus
