Telephony Personal Banker

A leading financial services company with multiple Telephony personal banking jobs. You should have excellent customer service skills and have previous financial services experience. Customer service skills will also be needed and applicants should have strong attention to detail, with superb telephone manner.

Essential skills required for the role:

Previous experience in call handling/contact centres
Excellent communication skills
High degree of accuracy
Competent problem solving and decision making ability
Ability to perform in stressful and difficult situations

This role will be suitable for someone who is able to deal with customer enquiries confidently, by escalating issues if necessary and maintaining a high level of customer service. You must be able to work efficiently and with the ability to remain calm and focused within a professional and pressurised environment.

The hours for this role varies, minimum hours offered are 20 per week, 5 days a week.
